Take it to your DAW
Keep the audio, notes and timing together.
Audio
Export the saved WAV render, including its effect tail. A processed passage can start at zero or retain its original placement according to the available export choice. Check the source offset and tail information.
MIDI
Choose a saved note revision and export MIDI with aligned reference audio. Preserve the original draft when experimenting. Match the reference to the DAW timeline before comparing.
Before you commit the session
- Listen to the exported audio, not just the in-app preview.
- Check note lengths, drum mapping and the starting position.
- Keep a copy of your source audio and session.
Real local WAV and MIDI artifacts have been inspected. Native import tests in Cubase, Pro Tools, FL Studio and other target DAWs are still open. Aftertake does not claim a certified integration with those products.
