Privacy, in plain terms.

Draft for review. Not a published privacy policy.

Prelaunch draft

Legal entity, contact, retention periods, processors and jurisdiction-specific rights must be reviewed before public launch.

Current local product

Audio work, accounts and library data currently live on your machine. The product site preview is separate and cannot read your library. Optional website analytics are off until a self-hosted service is configured and you consent. You can reject or withdraw consent through Privacy choices. No newsletter signup is currently open. The interactive demo stores its sample workspace and preferences in your browser. It does not upload recordings or run AI models. Account forms stay disabled until a separate commerce service is configured.

Planned commerce service

Purchase and activation will need account, entitlement and device records. A payment processor may collect billing details through hosted checkout. Exact processor, retention and recovery policies are not final.

No automatic cloud inference claim

Local generation uses a configured local engine. Later hosted features would need their own disclosure and consent. Support should only receive recordings that you choose to share.

This draft is not legal approval and does not promise final data handling. The released policy must describe the actual shipped services.
